One of the dreaded questions I’m often asked at this time of the year is “What do the kids want for Christmas.” Presents are nice but their shiny newness wears off after awhile and items are cast aside. I much prefer enjoying experiences with our children and building memories that will last a lifetime but during this time of year it can be hard to switch the focus from stuff to experiences.
If you’re interested in learning how to teach your kids about financial literacy including how to balance savings, spending, and sharing, join me tomorrow for a Twitter party with Kidworth.
Party details
Date: Thursday, December 5 at 1 pm EST
Prizes:
- Four $10 gift cards for Kidworth
- Two $50 Visa gift cards. One $50 Visa card will be awarded at the end of the party and one will be awarded at 10pm ET on 12/15 to a new member who signed up for Kidworth, and shares one of the goals their child sets up on twitter with the hashtag #kidworth.
