Master Lock 1535D: Video Review by Captain Computer (w. giveaway)

Leticia January 7, 2013 18 Comments »

Master Lock 1535D TechSavvyMama.com review

Captain Computer loves locks. Padlocks, keys of all shapes and sizes, and the sheer pleasure of unlocking any door with a key bring such joy to his six year old self. If you’re him, you can never have too many locks and each new one we receive from my work with MasterLock becomes his new favorite.

We recently received the MasterLock 1535D which he spied immediately upon it coming out of the box and declared as his. He’s tested it, read the directions on how to change the code, and totes it around the house sharing why it’s different from the other MasterLock products we own.

It’s a family friendly lock that’s super simple for kids to use as is or with a personalized code consisting of bold type faced letters or numbers. With the ability to create over 25 million different personalized combinations, the MasterLock 1534D keeps belongings secure without the hassle of spinning that troublesome dial from locks of yesteryear!

Since Captain Computer has a love affair with locks, I thought he would be the best person to show you how this one works!

The Masterlock 1535D comes in a variety of colors and sells for $10.40 on the Master Lock website. Clearly it passes Captain Computer’s stringent test!

GIVEAWAY: Win a Master Lock 1535D of your very own! Just leave a comment about which of the 4 colors you’d like along with your email address or Twitter handle before Friday, January 18.

Want another entry? Subscribe to my YouTube channel and leave another comment that you’ve done so.

As a member of Master Lock’s Live Secure Safety Squad, I received items for review purposes. No additional compensation was received for this post or hosting a giveaway and all opinions are my own.  Please visit my Official Sweepstakes Rules for full contest details.
