Lands’ End is a brand that I love. Their products are synonymous with quality and value and are a staple in our household. Last winter I wrote about my pure admiration for their no-iron shirts because as a working mom, I really don’t have time to iron and appreciate the wash and wear nature of these wardrobe staples. The clothes that I buy for the kids are just as fabulous. Little Miss Techie has a collection of jeans with elasticized waists that fit her perfectly in all directions and don’t slide off her slim figure. The Ts are high quality and don’t stretch or wear thin like other brands.
I also love Lands’ End because of their thoughtful design of products like their Snow Flurry Boots. As a grad student, I taught preschool in New England. Wrestling boots on many pairs of feet for multiple trips outside each day was a nightmare. I love that Captain Computer can put on his Snow Flurry Boots by himself thanks to a wide opening that he can put his foot into and then velcro shut before running off and playing in the first snowfall of the season. They are the only snow boots I have ever bought my kids for preschool because of the easy on and off.
As a huge fan of Lands’ End, I was thrilled when they graciously offered to outfit me for this Saturday’s Blogalicious meetup and for the entire conference! As someone who borders on a needing a petite size but sometimes finding that regular sizes fit better, I find a consistency with Lands’ End sizes that takes the guesswork out of shopping. The fact that their clothes always fit (yes, even jeans and swimsuits!), wash and wear well, and allow me to express my personal style makes me love them even more. I can’t wait to try out the items that are on their way and tell you all about them!
