Nothing warms my heart more than a handmade card. The many I’ve saved are like little time capsules that remind me of how Little Miss Techie and Captain Computer have grown up through the years.
Early cards were full sheets of paper covered in stickers and crayon lines or amorphous shapes drawn with washable markers. Then as fine motor skills developed, pseudo-hearts started appearing. Now we’ve progressed to more complicated cards that are folded rectangles stuffed in elaborately decorated envelopes, full sentences with punctuation declaring love for the recipient, and creative art with the addition of sparkly objects.
This fabulous video from Tiny Prints makes me think of all the wonderful Mother’s Day cards I’ve gotten from my kids throughout the years! Be sure to watch to see the amazing offer at the end of the video!
Tiny Prints and Clever Girls Collective is compensating me for my time as a hostess. Tiny Prints is also an advertiser on my site but not only do I spend plenty of my own money on items that I love, but my opinions are never influenced by advertisers.
