HP Expert Day- 24 Hours to Ask Computing and Printing Questions

Do you have questions about computing? Need tips on toner? Worried about sluggish performance of your PC?  Let HP help you with a spring tune up with access to their best experts for free.

Today beginning at 10 am EST HP is helping customers by inviting its best experts – dedicated to notebooks, desktops and printers, including ePrint and AirPrint – to converge on their award-winning Consumer Support Forum for Expert Day!  Visitors will have free access to HP experts from all over the world who will be available to answer any and all PC and printer-related questions for both in and out-of-warranty products for 24 hours.

 
First time visitors looking to ask questions during Expert Day through the HP consumer support forum should expect to go through a quick registration process.  Once complete, the forum is wide open for questions.  HP’s team of more than 100 experts will be on hand answering as many questions as possible – no question is off-limits.  Past Expert Day events have drawn in more than 10 times the usual inquiries that typically come in to the community forum!
 

I love that Expert Day is one of the many ways that HP is using online, social media technologies to help customers make the most out of their HP products.  With mobile functionality and a Facebook application, expert answers are even more accessible to consumers.
