Charlotte, Cincinnati, and Philadelphia are places that I’ll be visiting over the next two weeks and while my schedule may seem hectic, convenient services offered by Comcast help me stay on top of our service and calls I may miss while I’m away.
Comcast recently added more tools and resources on their newly enhanced mobile version of their site that makes mobile account management easier and more convenient. There’s also a mobile app for iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, Android, and Blackberry users that provides a wealth of convenient features including eliminating the need to call customer service and stay on hold for an eternity. After all, who has time for that?
