A world without UNDERPANTS?!!! My children can’t even begin to imagine what a world without Captain Underpants books might be like. Their love of Dav Pilkey’s epic novels is well…epic. My two young reviewers they thrilled to get their hot little mitts on Captain Underpants and the Revolting Revenge of the Radioactive Robo-Boxers where Captain Underpants returns for a tenth time to battle Tippy Tinkletrousers in this brand new book that involves time travel.
I must say that as a teacher, I cringed when I saw my students reading books with underpants as part of the title. As a parent, I have a new found appreciation for George, Harold, Professor Poopy Pants, Tippy Tinkletrousers, Diaper Dog, and the entire cast of characters in books one through ten. Yes, Captain Underpants and the Revolting Revenge of the Radioactive Robo-Boxers is Dav Pilkey’s tenth Captain Underpants book and while you think that my two super fans might be tired of these misadventures, you couldn’t be more wrong.
