Whenever I travel for work, portable power is an absolute necessity to keep my devices. Owning my own business where I work as a consultant and freelance enable me to work from anywhere but when I’m on a press trip, attending a conference, or meeting with clients, it’s important to me to always have access to my email, share what I’m learning through my social networks, and chronicle my trip through Instagram.
On Monday I’ll be traveling to Las Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Showcase (CES) with Lenovo as part of the Lenovo Moms program to get a glimpse at all the new technology product offerings coming in 2014. It will be a whirlwind trip where I leave my hotel room in the morning and don’t see it again until late at night.
Since I’ll be on the move constantly, portable power becomes even more of a necessity! I’ll be packing my trusty Mophie Juice Pack Helium for my iPhone, testing out a gorgeous blue Lifesaver II device that not only fits in the palm of my hand but is designed for recharging smartphones and tablet and sounds perfect for keeping my Yoga Tablet 8 and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 charged, and throwing a couple spare chargers in my bag like the ultra portable Rayovac 2 Hour Power Micro USB that fits in my pocket to provide an extra charge that will last well into the night. I’m also really excited to learn about other new portable charging products that are lightweight, yet powerful enough to keep my devices charged throughout the day.
I’ve always been impressed with the wide variety of products offered by Rayovac for Android and iOS users and this year they’re expanding their line. Their 2-Hour Power portable charging device will be honored for outstanding product design and innovation at CES but they’ll also be showcasing a new line of portable chargers that include 7-Hour Power that uses rechargeable batteries, Phone Boost 800- a rechargeable phone boost compatible with Apple lightning tip, and more that will feature sleeker, smaller designs, making each device the perfect size to store in purses, briefcases and backpacks. I can’t wait to see these devices in person at CES not only for their enhanced portability but also for the ability to use them over and over again.
For more information about Rayovac’s newest product announcements, follow them on Facebook and Twitter!
I am a member of the Rayovac Power Bloggers and receive product and compensation for my involvement however, all opinions are my own. As a member of the Lenovo Moms program, I have been given devices, compensated for my involvement, and Lenovo is paying my expenses to attend CES.
