Have you heard? TSA is on Instagram! Their official feed may only have 58 photos so far but it provides a fascinating inside look at some of the items confiscated at airports around the country (spoiler: lots of guns and knives disguised as all kinds of objects) and a chance to meet the dogs of the TSA. If you want to know more about what was confiscated and where, the TSA also has a blog! Their Week in Review posts detail the number of artfully concealed prohibited items, miscellaneous prohibited items, stun guns, and firearms along with which airport they were found, caliber, and whether they were loaded or not. Oh, and there’s an abundance of helpful travel advice too.
