I’m so honored! I was asked to write a piece for the Washington Post’s On Parenting column and you can read it here!

I wrote about the challenges parents face when limiting their children’s time on the computer. The ways that preschoolers and high school students use the computer greatly differs. The American Association of Pediatrics recommends restricting computer use for all children to 1-2 hours a day.

Is it possible to limit the amount of time our children spend on the computer?
