Our kids know that I won’t let them leave the house without a healthy breakfast but they can always count on me to get them whatever book fuels their latest interest. 

 

Because books and breakfast are so important to fueling young minds, I’m happy to share Kellogg’s special Scholastic Book Clubs promotion exclusively at Walmart.

 

Parents who purchase two specially-marked Kellogg’s products, including Raisin Bran®, Mini-Wheats® Little Bites Original, Nutri-Grain®, Eggo®, Pop-Tarts®, Cheez-it®, and Rice Krispies Treats® can redeem the codes found inside for a $5 coupon for a free book from Scholastic Book Clubs or the Scholastic Store Online.

    ‘Bear Snores On’ tops the charts for my all time don’t-mind-reading-a-million-times kids book. But my favorite is the series I’m reading right now ‘The Song of Ice and Fire’ SO GOOD!

    In addition to ‘Bear Snores On’ my kids love to read ‘One Saturday Morning’ ‘One Saturday Afternoon’ and ‘One Saturday Evening’ about a bear family’s everyday events.

    We love second hand books- since we own so many we usually get them at yard sales for $.25 or we adore our public library for new reads. 🙂
