Sell Your iPad and Upgrade with eBay Instant Sale

Since I’m like a magpie when it comes to new devices, the announcement of the new iPad earlier this week has me wondering if I should ditch my iPad2 in favor of the new version that comes out on March 16th.  

The specs are impressive: higher pixel count makes for clearer display, a much improved iSight camera with 5 MP, and the option of 4G LTE for super fast connectivity thanks to the newest generation of wireless technology are tempting but I haven’t had my iPad2 for that long. Selling it would certainly help offset the costs of a new one so I turned to eBay Instant Sale to make me an offer.

eBay Instant Sale allows sellers to plug in specs of electronics such as phones, tablets, and gaming systems and receive on the spot offers to sell it and receive a PayPal credit in 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Find your device by typing the product name into the search box to find the item you are selling.
Step 2: Provide more information about the item in order to have an eBay authorized reseller calculate an offer. 
Step 3: Decide whether to accept the offer, wait, or personally sell the item on eBay.  If you choose to accept the offer, print out the label, ship it for free, and payment will be credited to your PayPal account within 5 days.  If you’re nervous about sending your device before you get paid, eBay insures items for up to $500 and pays for tracking so you can know where your device is at any given time. And eBay has a great FAQ section that answered many of my questions as a first time Instant Sale user!
As you can see above, my iPad2 would sell for $340.  It’s mighty tempting to click on the accept this offer tab and hop on over to the Apple site to preorder my new iPad!

    I have the first generation–and am about to head on over to Apple to pre order the new one. 🙂 Will be sure to head over to Ebay to see what my old dinosaur would be worth! 🙂

    We bought our iPad 2 off eBay. We had some issues with it and Apple replaced it with 28 days left on the warranty.. no questions asked!
