MomAgenda School Years to the rescue! This MomAgenda exclusive is one of the most effective ways to organize important mementos throughout the year and is gorgeous inside and out!
With 4 colors to choose from (raspberry jam, royal blue, grape jelly, and kelly green) and the ability to be personalized for each child, it’s fashionable and functional.
Inside you’ll find folders measuring 11 x 11 to hold worksheets, report cards, class photo, art work, writing, and more special keepsakes from throughout the year. Keep track of important information such as your child’s age, height, weight, names of friends, sports, and other activities that they love directly on the folder.
With a folder for each year, School Years makes it easy to organize and keep special items in one place for the fun of looking back at school memories as time goes on.

I’ve been looking for something to help organize the memories of my kids’ school years. This is perfect!
I have a storage system with pretty boxes (got it at Target)–and each kid has a drawer–they just put in all their papers and then I can periodically go thru and weed out what we want to keep!
I keep organized by sorting through it right away, and putting it in each child’s box if it needs attention.
We try to keep organized by going through our little one’s papers daily so they don’t end up being a huge pile.
I keep a folder in my daughter’s room wth papers from school.
I keep them in a folder and document boxes right now.
Folder/box- put things in chronological order
Our new house came with a great mud room so I was able to set up cubbies and bins for each child. We go through backpacks as soon as we walk in from school and I sort the papers (wow – so many!!) right then and there. I have trays set up for “file”, “action”, “read”. So far it’s working!
I’m a minimalist: I only keep what seems absolutely necessary. Everything else gets recycled.
I throw it all in a file box and clean out once a term
We keep them on the bottom shelf of our baker’s rack…then recycle what is not needed
