As a mom, I attempt to do it ALL each and every day. I’m organized. I am the master multi-tasker. I run my household like it is my job. Well it is my job. Anyways…
One of the things that I continually fail to do is remember to send cards to close friends on their birthdays. I have a birthday calendar that I’ve used to diligently list names and birthdays of friends and their children. I have a box full of cards. You would think that I could pull a card from the file, address it, and send it in time to reach the birthday person. Nope. I just can’t do it.
Jacquie Lawson to the rescue! These beautiful e-cards have saved me from forgetting birthdays and are fabulous for all occasions throughout the year. Jacquie’s 104 cards feature delightful animals (we love the Labradors!), beautiful art work, and unforgettable animation that will hold the attention of the squirmy toddler on your lap while you try to send a card. There are even puzzle cards to send to the young and computer savvy!
Jacquie Lawson’s site is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. Cards are indexed by type(birthday, get well, thinking of you, new baby/home, get well soon, etc), by special dates, and according to who they feature (Chudleigh the dog, bears, cats, floral, cooking, puzzles, etc). The hardest part of sending a card is typing an optional greeting and your name in the from field with one hand while holding an infant.
So be that person who is thoughtful and does it all while forgetting no one. Do yourself a favor and get a one year membership ($10) or 2 year membership ($16) and have the privilege of sending Jacquie’s cards to all of your loved ones.

Thanks for the tip! What great cards!
love jacquie lawson cards! we log on as my mom and nate likes to play with the pelminism cards – you should show little miss techie if you haven’t already – they’re just fun as games!
Hi Whit! Little Miss Techie loves the pelmanism cards too!
Pelmanism is just like the game Memory except when she finishes making the matches, there is a great animated scene at the end. The site has pelmanism cards for birthdays and Christmas but Little Miss Techie loves to play them year round!
Very cool cards! I tend to be a phone call type of person as even ecards tend to be too much memory for me!
Thanks for the welcome!
