UPDATED: Congratulations to Anonymous for being our winner. Enjoy Rock-n-Tots at UltraBar!
This Tech Savvy Mama used to love rockin’ the clubs in Boston as an alternative to my coursework. Dressing up and hitting Lansdowne Street with a bunch of friends was always a great way to spend a Friday or Saturday night. 10 years later, those same clubs are still there but I’ve moved on to more family friendly venues.
Get your groove back on with your children and rock out at Rock-n-Tot. Rock-n-Tot offers an afternoon of fun for families geared with kids ages birth through twelve. Held at the very hip Ultra Bar, Rock-n-Tot has a cash bar for parents and offers children complimentary juice boxes and snacks.
Experience The Dance Floor with shakers and scarves, relax in The Lounge filled with toys, puzzles, and books, and complimentary Parent Services that range from mini-massages, paraffin wax dip, eyebrow waxing, and/or golf pro tutoring. Oh, and there will be giveaways and a swag bag of goodies to take home!
Channel your inner rock star and club hop on over to my comments section to enter to win 2 tickets to groove with your kids at this Saturday’s Rock-n-Tot event in DC. Leave a comment about something you loved doing in your days before kids and be sure to include your e-mail so I can contact you when you win.
Captain Computer will put all the names in his wagon and Little Miss Techie will draw the name of our winner on Wednesday.
Good luck and rock on!
This giveaway is dedicated to Annie, my always ready to groove girlfriend who introduced me to all of Boston’s best clubs! Love you! 🙂

I’d love to win! Thanks for the opportunity. 🙂
Hi,
Before the kids I DANCED a lot more…club dancing in college, contra and swing dancing while married. I have even taken some bellydancing classes since the children have come along. This event sounds great!
boy, Wylde Iris sounds like my long lost twin sister! Dancing is my favorite form of exercise, and pre-kid I used to go swing dancing 2-3 times a week. Since then, on the rare occasion we’d have a night out, the hubs and I would *gasp* rather spend time with each other than in a crowded dance venue partner-switching. I’ve since taken up belly dancing, but the weekly classes don’t come close to the excitement or challenge of partner dancing. It’d be fun to dance with a new partner – admittedly a pint-sized one!
We used to go see a lot more movies before the wee one. You know, R rated movies! LOL. I’d love to win those tickets!
we used to do things like wine tastings… I’d love to go to rockntots. thanks
Rock N Tot is a blast! We used to see movies in the theater with the yummy popcorn and good sound systems before we had kids…
sounds good

Before kids, my husband and I lived in Chicago, where we used to drink PBR and see live music every weekend.
Hmmm….before kids I use to play basketball a lot. Now I don’t have the time or energy for it.
