What would you do if given a few days without kids?
If you are me and you love fabulous food, museums, and great cities, you head to NYC and spend your days living between meals while exploring parts of the city. For four days I documented my city-wide eat around as part of the AT&T Lose the Laptop Challenge.
If you are heading to BlogHer10, this post is the insider’s guide to great non-chain restaurants close to the Hilton (aka BlogHer HQs) between Times Square and Rockefeller Center. Click here for my tips on where to go while in town for BlogHer whether you stay right around the hotel or want to hop the subway to explore a different part of town.
While you are on the AT&T site, please vote for me so we’ll both have a chance to win a $250 American Airlines gift certificate. Don’t forget that voting not only helps you win an American Airlines gift certificate but the winner will also get their own HTC Tilt2 which is so much more than a smartphone! You can vote daily!
Here are some photos to whet your appetite that were taken with my Tilt! This phone has an amazing camera!
My post for the AT&T Lose the Laptop Challenge provides names of the restaurants and details about the food in the pictures!
Here’s the fine print about the giveaway from the AT&T Lose the Laptop site: Promotion begins 12:01am ET on April 1, 2010 and ends 11:59pm ET on April 30, 2010. To enter, navigate the internet to http://losethelaptop.com and follow instructions to enter the promotion by registering including your email and phone number. Then, vote for your favorite blog and/or blogger out of the 10 Challengers posed. You may only vote once per day. All votes must be casted by 11:59pm ET, April 30, 2010, when the promotion ends.
Disclaimer: Each Lose the Laptop 2.0 Challenge participant was provided with either an HTC PURE or Tilt 2 Windows mobile device with wireless service to evaluate during the five-month program. All participants were permitted to keep the mobile device (wireless service not included) they received after the challenge was complete.
Another note from me: AT&T has placed an ad on my site for the duration of the Lose the Laptop challenge however, all opinions are my own and are not influenced by my advertisers.
