    We use passwords to prevent unauthorized use but no lock to physically secure our laptops. I’d love to own this one.

    How I protect my mobile devices: I password protect my phone and laptop, I have mobile wipe apps on both, and most importantly, I keep them close at hand and never let them out of my sight.

    I never leave my laptop unattended. I also don’t stay signed in to sites that have my personal info like banking websites.

    When I was younger and had a lot of friends and friends of friends coming and going and couch surfing at my place, I was very careful about keeping my laptop locked to my desk. I laughed it off, but there were a few ‘friends’ I wasn’t sure I could trust 100%. These days, though, I don’t do much to secure my devices. I do use a pass code for my iPad and iPhones, etc., but that’s it.
